What the role involves
- Hold quality and handling-time targets without burning the team out.
- Coach agents weekly with recorded, specific feedback.
- Own escalations end to end and close the loop with the customer.
What we are looking for
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Prior team leadership in a contact centre or comparable operation.
- Availability for a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
