Retained rigour, applied at your volume.
Five services, one standard. Take the whole mandate or the part you cannot staff — the screening bar does not move either way.
End-to-end recruitment
Retained · single role to senior appointment
Brief to signed offer, run by one consultant who owns the outcome. Market map, outreach, structured screening, interview management, offer negotiation and ninety-day follow-through.
Candidate sourcing
Subscription · per pipeline, per month
Your recruiters keep the process; we keep the funnel full. Mapped markets, written outreach, screened interest — delivered into your ATS or ours, with weekly pipeline reporting.
Screening & assessment
Per candidate · or per programme
Structured interviews against your scorecard, role-specific testing, right-to-work, credential and reference verification. Every judgement evidenced in writing and defensible to a committee.
High-volume programmes
Per placement · volume tiers
Contact centre, operations and seasonal ramps from fifty to four hundred hires. A dedicated delivery pod, a fixed assessment battery, daily throughput reporting and an attrition-aware pipeline that keeps running after the ramp closes.
Global employment support
Per country · advisory or managed
Placing someone where you have no entity. We hold contracts, payroll and compliance in forty countries, or brief your existing EOR properly so the offer does not stall in legal.
How the commercials work.
No fee is payable before a signed brief exists, and no fee structure hides a percentage you did not agree to.
Three stages
Split on brief, on shortlist and on start. The middle stage is refundable if we miss the fourteen-day guarantee.
Fixed monthly
Sourcing pipelines priced per active requisition. Pause or move a pipeline to another role at any month boundary.
Per placement
Tiered by cohort size, with a fixed replacement window. Priced before the programme starts, not after.
What is always included.
Not sure which service fits?
Describe the role and the constraint. We will tell you which of the five is right — including when the answer is none of them.
