VRS Recruit.
The recruitment platform we built for our own consultants, because the tools we were paying for could not hold a structured scorecard. Opening to clients this year.
Interface preview — illustrative, not final.
Built around the shortlist, not the database.
Most applicant tracking systems are filing cabinets with a workflow bolted on. This one is built around the only question that matters: is this candidate verified, and against what.
Structured scorecards
Define criteria once per role. Every interviewer answers the same questions and must cite evidence. The scorecard is the record, not a free-text note.
Pipeline with provenance
Every candidate carries where they came from and who spoke to them. You can see the funnel from mapped market to signed offer, per source.
Assessment built in
Technical exercises, language and simulation tests attached to the role, with results on the candidate record rather than in someone's inbox.
Offer & onboarding
Offer construction, counter-offer tracking and the thirty/sixty/ninety-day check-ins that decide whether a hire actually worked.
Client view
A read-only mandate view for hiring managers — day count, verified candidates, scorecards. No login sprawl, no chasing for an update.
Compliance by default
Consent capture, retention periods, adjustment records and a full audit trail per decision, exportable on request.
Why we are building another one.
We use the good ones. Workable, Greenhouse, Ashby and Manatal all do the tracking job well. What none of them do well is hold a structured, evidenced assessment as the primary object — the scorecard is always an attachment to a candidate rather than the thing the system is built around.
Since verification is the whole of our proposition, we needed the tool to enforce it. VRS Recruit started as internal software in 2024, has run every mandate since, and is being opened up because clients kept asking for the client view.
It will be a paid product with a free client-view tier. Pricing at launch.
Early access.
Existing clients get access first, then the waitlist in order. We will not email you about anything else.
Before you sign up.
In the meantime, we will run the mandate.
The platform is how we work. The outcome is what you buy.
